Learn to use this wonderful, spontaneous
medium in a supportive atmosphere with lots of useful tips and techniques that
will give you good results. The course will include ongoing information about
tools and materials.
Each class will have a theme and lesson that will lead to the next. Composition
and design is always a consideration. If you are new to this medium or have had
some prior experience, you will love all the information you will receive.

(1) Watercolor pad – Arches or Strathmore cold
press 11x14 for exercises
Tubes of Watercolor (Winsor & Newton Artists’
watercolors (Do not buy Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolors—those are student
grade and will not work for this class)
Aureolin (this is a
primary yellow)
Permanent Rose
Cadmium Red
Indian Red
Winsor Green

Cobalt Blue
Ultramarine Blue
Alizarin Crimson
15-24 well Palette with Lid (should be about 9” X
12” with wells around the outside and a large central area for mixing
paints)
