Leslie Bruce

Leslie earned her B.F.A in illustration in 2005 from the Atlanta College of Art. She began teaching children’s drawing classes in the fall of 2005 with Young Rembrandts, while at the same time developing a freelance career in fantasy illustration. Leslie began teaching with the Ocee Arts Center in the fall of 2006, and soon after took charge of all of the graphics and illustration for the Ocee Arts Center. Leslie’s preferred medium is oil, though she is trained in acrylics, ink, watercolor, and pastels, as well as digital media such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. She is currently continuing to teach and create graphics for the Ocee, while at the same time preparing to go back to school for her Masters Degree in illustration.
