Marissa Hudson

Marissa earned her B.F.A from Georgia State University in 2004. While still in school, she began working in the ceramics studio as a lab assistant and ceramic tech. Marissa began teaching pottery classes in 2003. At the Ocee Arts Center she continues teaching as well as supervising and maintaining the clay studio. Her responsibilities include clay and chemical inventory, glaze mixing, kiln technician, and general studio maintenance. Marissa has done an amazing job building the ceramics department at the Ocee Arts Center, and she continues to challenge and inspire her students every day.
